Tasks

• You steer technical projects from kick-off to handover – structured, binding, curious
• You connect technology, construction, procurement, and customers – and ensure that everyone is pulling on the same string
• You review technical documents, moderate dependencies, and resolve minor hurdles with calmness and overview
• You bear responsibility for deadlines, quality, and costs
• You design with: processes, workflows, tools – your ideas get space
• Vision guaranteed: You work closely with the technical leadership team together

Qualification

• Technical background (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technician etc.)
• First experience in project coordination, preparation or technical planning
• Pleasure in ordering complexity and bringing people together
• Communication strength, bindingness, and the desire to take responsibility
• Desire for an environment that thinks modernly and lives Mittelstand
