Tasks:

• Interface between sales, customers, suppliers, and production
• Customer consultation
• Design of specific security solutions and support with subsequent integration
• Processing of technical tenders and offer documents as an important part of successfully acquiring new customers and projects
• Further development of system solutions and participation in the new development of next-generation products
• Support for sales during customer visits for technically demanding projects, product demos, and proof-of-concept installations
• Establishment and development of the Customer Academy: Development and execution of webinars, preparation and execution of on-site training, creation of technical training documents and product presentations

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training with a technical background, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, security technology, or comparable
• High understanding of complex interrelationships and technical system solutions
• Confident and professional demeanor towards customers and partners
• Structured, committed, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and external training
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Industry knowledge in the field of security technology is an advantage
