Tasks:

• Interface between Sales, Customers, Suppliers, and Production - Customer Consulting - Design of specific security solutions and support for later integration - Processing technical tenders and bid documents as an essential part of successful customer acquisition and project - Development of system solutions and participation in the development of next-generation products - Support of Sales at customer visits for technically demanding projects, product demos, and proof-of-concept installations - Building and developing the Customer Academy: Development and implementation of webinars, preparation and implementation of on-site training sessions, creation of technical training materials and product presentations

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training with a technical background, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, security technology or comparable - High understanding of complex relationships and technical system solutions - Safe and professional appearance towards customers and partners - Structured, engaged, and solution-oriented working style - Travel readiness for customer visits and external trainings - Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking - Industry knowledge in the field of security technology is an advantage
