As a Technical Program Manager (m/f/d) in the field of flight simulation, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the development team and, through your experience in managing technical programs and your passion for innovation and technology, will significantly contribute to the success of our company.

Become part of a motivated, international team and develop innovative training simulators with us, such as Level-D Full Flight Simulators, Rear Crew Training Systems for military transport aircraft, training solutions for Ground Crew, and many other exciting products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems up to the execution of system integration and fault detection
• Conducting technical offer presentations as well as negotiations of technical content with customers on-site
• Execution of technical risk management/claim management
• Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
• Monitoring of progress and fund disbursement
• Planning and execution of internal and external acceptances
• Management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Execution of reporting as well as presentation of development results in project status meetings

• Completed technical degree
• Extensive professional experience in a systems engineering department
• Many years of experience in the technical management of (military) flight simulation projects
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing, especially technical English
• High intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel worldwide
