Your Position

• You take responsibility for the Heat Pump product area with a special focus on application, installation, and system integration
• You accompany test installations in the field, work closely with our installation partners, and ensure that our systems function optimally under real conditions
• You bring your deep technical understanding into the evaluation and further development of our heat pump systems and their components (e.g., hydraulics, storage, regulation, and system integration)
• Together with our Product Manager Heat Pump, you support the selection of new systems and continuously develop our portfolio and system strategy
• You are an in-house technical sparring partner for our country organizations, procurement, and product management on all technical and application-related questions about the heat pump
• Together with our cooperation partners and manufacturers, you work on the continuous improvement of our systems and bring feedback from real-world applications directly into product development
• You support the development and implementation of technical training for our installers at different locations and country organizations

Your Profile

• You have fundamental practical or technical experience in the heat pump area, for example, as: SHK Master, Heating Engineer with a focus on heat pumps, Application Engineer at a manufacturer, Project Engineer Heat, Technical Support, or Heat Pump Installer or in a comparable role
• You have a deep technical understanding of heat pump systems and their components, as well as their interaction in the overall system
• It would be ideal if you had experience in planning, installation, commissioning, or technical support of heat pumps
• A job in product management is advantageous, but not a requirement
• You find yourself in a rapidly growing company and quickly feel at home, and you enjoy actively developing systems and products
• You find it easy to connect with different internal and external stakeholders and convey your technical knowledge in a comprehensible way
• You are very independent, proactive, and work well in a team
• You master German and English fluently in word and writing
• You are very independent, proactive & a true team player. Moreover, you go the extra mile for the success of your product
