Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

We are immediately looking for a full-time (38h/week) Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Hamburg.

• You prioritize, manage, and live the product backlog
• You conduct various requirements analyses for customers, projects, or us as mecom
• Further development of the product vision and product roadmap in close coordination with product management
• You assess the functionality and usability of product increments from the user/requirer's perspective and consider the economic viability of the requirements
• You create a positive team culture and ensure that collaboration and open communication are promoted
• You support and lead multiple teams
• Concept and moderation of workshops together with the Scrum Master
• Ensuring continuous, complete, and understandable documentation of product results

• You have a strong technical understanding that enables you to comprehend complex IT challenges and develop innovative solutions
• You have a completed degree in IT, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in a hybrid project environment (both waterfall and agile methodologies)
• You have many years of experience as a Product Owner
• In addition to great communication skills and excellent time management, you are interested in both software and hardware projects
• You are a team player, like to contribute and shape things, and also possess analytical skills
• Initial experience in software development (Java) and infrastructure (Kubernetes) completes your profile
• You have very good German and English language skills
