Technical Planner / Project Coordinator Climate Technology (m/w/d)

We make modern climate control and heating solutions quickly, easily, and affordably accessible at Eneto. That's your role: You ensure that technical projects run smoothly from inquiry to installation – structured, binding, with a focus on what's essential.

Tasks

• You take over the technical planning and coordination of climate control projects – from needs analysis to handover to the installation partner.
• You check building and performance data, create designs, and ensure that the right product fits the right situation.
• You are the point of contact for customers, installers, and internal stakeholders – and always keep an overview of open proceedings and timelines.
• You document projects neatly, recognize bottlenecks early, and escalate proactively if something is about to get out of hand.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our planning processes – templates, checklists, automations.

Qualification

• Completed training or degree in the field of supply technology, refrigeration/air conditioning technology, building technology, or comparable.
• First professional experience in technical planning or project coordination – whether in the trades, a planning office, or industry.
• Secure understanding of system design and technical documentation.
• Structured, self-responsible working style – even remotely, you function reliably without micromanagement.
• Clear, binding communication in German – written and oral.
• Nice to have: Experience with heat pumps, VRF systems, or funding programs (BAFA, KfW).
• Nice to have: Knowledge of digital tools like CRM systems
