Your Mission

As a Technical Planner (m/w/d) for Electrotechnik & Agri-PV, you will establish the technical foundation for our Agri-PV projects. You ensure that photovoltaic systems are optimally integrated into agricultural fields – efficiently, conforming to norms, and practically. With your planning, you achieve the balance between maximum energy output, agricultural usability, and technical feasibility, laying the groundwork for a scalable energy transition on the land.

Your Tasks

• As a Technical Planner (m/w/d), you will design photovoltaic systems for agricultural fields, taking into account both technical and agrarian requirements.
• The definition of low- and medium-voltage lines falls within your responsibility.
• You optimize the systems for high energetic and agricultural yields.
• In the creation of building permits and installation certificates, you bring your technical expertise to bear.
• You review relevant technical regulations and develop internal guidelines for planning and safe operation of photovoltaic systems.

Your Profile

• A degree or study in Electricity, Energy Technology, Electrotechnology, or a comparable field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the planning or construction of high-voltage systems and/or decentralized power generation systems required
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and PVsyst as well as a spatial and technical understanding
• Familiarity with standards such as VDE-AR-N 4105 („Low-Voltage Directive“), VDE-AR-N 4110 („Medium-Voltage Directive“) and VDE 0126-23-1 (Documentation and Testing) is a plus
• Experience in dealing with medium-voltage and/or designing, constructing, and commissioning photovoltaic systems is advantageous
• High problem-solving competence as well as a developed sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• A self-contained, structured, and transparent working method
• Floated German language skills in writing and speaking are absolutely required
