Technical Object Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Stuttgart as an „Object Leader (m/w/d) Facility Management“.

Tasks

• As Object Leader Facility Management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technical operation of properties, including operator duties and compliance.
• You will also lead and manage the technical team, plan assignments, and coordinate resources efficiently.
• In addition, you will organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, including quality assurance and budget control.
• You will also develop processes, maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Furthermore, you will take on reporting, regularly consult with clients, and serve as a central interface to authorities.

Qualification

• You hold a technical education or degree, for example in Facility Management, Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience as a technical object manager (m/w/d), technical property manager (m/w/d), or leader (m/w/d) facility management or a similar field.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and in the area of occupational safety and operational responsibility.
• You are characterized by organizational talent and decision-making strength.
• You work safely with MS Office and CAFM systems and hold a class B driver's license.
