Technical Facility Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Stuttgart, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a "Facility Manager (m/f/d) Facility Management".

Responsibilities

• As a Facility Manager Facility Management (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical operation of properties, including operator obligations and compliance.
• In addition, you will lead and manage the technical team, plan deployments, and efficiently coordinate resources.
• You will also organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, including quality assurance and budget control.
• Furthermore, you will develop processes, maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• In addition, you will take over reporting, coordinate regularly with clients, and act as a central point of contact with authorities.

Qualifications

• You have a technical apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have several years of experience as a Technical Facility Manager (m/f/d), Technical Property Manager (m/f/d), or Head of Facility Management (m/f/d), or in a similar field.
• You also possess sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, as well as in the areas of occupational safety and operator responsibility.

• In addition, you work confidently with MS Office and CAFM systems and possess a driver's license class B.
