Technical Object Manager - Building & Maintenance (m/w/d)

The Trigon Company Group is a well-established Berlin-based real estate company with a focus on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio includes around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units as well as parking spaces.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance measures for buildings and outdoor facilities
• Preparation and review of offers as well as processing of tenders
• Maintenance and updating of inventory and building data
• Monitoring the realization of orders, budget control, and settlement of construction and maintenance projects
• Control and inspection of maintenance and service contracts within the framework of building management
• Ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations for buildings and facilities
• Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports, and analyses

Qualification

• Completed training, e.g. as a real estate agent, office manager, building technician, or craftsman (e.g. from the construction or SHK sector) or equivalent qualification. Experience in the technical or real estate industry is advantageous.
• Experience with VOB, contract law, and construction contract law is advantageous
• Self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
• Responsibility, engagement, and team spirit
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license is advantageous
