Tasks

Areas of Responsibility:

• Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and modernization measures
• Conducting property inspections and monitoring the technical condition of the properties
• Negotiating and concluding service and supply contracts
• Correspondence with tenants, owners, advisory boards, and external service providers
• Implementation of resolutions of the homeowners' associations

Qualifications

And now for you:

• You have completed commercial or technical training/further education with a focus on real estate, e.g.: Real estate specialist, real estate agent (male/female)
• Alternatively, you have professional experience in a trade or technical studies, e.g.: Civil engineer / Architect, etc.
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Your work style is independent and reliable with a high quality standard
• You possess a valid driver's license class B or higher
