Tasks

Main tasks:

• Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and modernization measures
• Conducting property inspections and monitoring the technical condition of properties
• Negotiating and concluding service and supply contracts
• Correspondence with tenants, owners, board members, and external service providers
• Implementing decisions made by property owner associations

Qualification

About you:

• You have a completed commercial or technical education with a focus on real estate
• You have alternative work experience in the trades or technical studies
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Your working style is independent and reliable with high quality standards
• You possess a valid driving license of class B or higher
