Technical Object Caretaker (m/w/d)

We're looking for you:

• In your role, you will care for our homeowners' associations with a focus on maintenance and building technology.
• You will coordinate and manage external service providers as well as maintenance and repair measures.
• You will also regularly inspect the condition of the objects on site and initiate necessary measures.
• In addition, you will be responsible for and accompany technical projects, particularly in the areas of heating systems, energy efficiency, and statutory requirements.
• Last but not least, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and actively participate in the further development of the objects.

You bring:

• You have completed a vocational training in the technical or craftsmanship sector, for example in building technology, heating systems, electrical engineering, or supply technology.
• In addition, you will bring several years of experience in technical object care, maintenance, or facility management.
• You will convince us with your fundamental knowledge of common MS-Office applications and very good German language skills at least on the C1 level in writing and speaking.
• You organize your tasks independently and reliably with a meticulous and structured working style.
• Last but not least, you possess a class B driver's license.
