In doing so, we consistently advance our technical property management – from ongoing maintenance, servicing, and operator obligations to renovations, investment planning, and digitalization.

For this, we are looking for a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) who takes responsibility, understands technical contexts, and develops our properties technically and economically together with us.

Our office is located in the heart of Stuttgart at Königstraße 80. You can expect a dedicated team with short decision-making processes, direct collaboration, and plenty of room to take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas.

Tasks

🔍 Your Tasks - Technical Property Management

The focus of your role lies in the ongoing technical management of our properties: You will independently manage technical faults, repairs, and maintenance measures from the initial report to complete closure. Furthermore, you will support renovations, inspections, investment planning, and other technical projects, and develop our technical property management together with us.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Independent management of repairs, technical faults, and maintenance measures
• Coordination and management of craftsmen, specialist companies, and service providers
• Support and independent management of small and medium-sized renovation and modernization measures
• Preparation and support of larger technical projects in collaboration with internal and external specialist partners
• Conducting and supporting on-site appointments, property inspections, construction meetings, and acceptances
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers, as well as preparing technical procurement decisions
• Technical inspection of performed services and invoices
• Recording and evaluation of technical building conditions and systems
• Collection and preparation of technical information for maintenance, investment, and renovation planning
• Participation in maintenance, inspection, and operator obligations
• Maintenance of technical property and system data, plans, and records
• Identification of improvement potentials in the existing portfolio and development of suitable measures
• Further development of our craftsman and specialist partner network
• Participation in the technical setup of new managed properties
• Further development of our technical processes, standards, and digital working methods

In doing so, you will work closely with our technical management, commercial property management, owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and executing companies.

Qualifications

• You are open, positive, and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a good technical understanding of buildings and building technology – from facades, roofs, and windows to heating, plumbing, electrical, and other technical systems.
• You can quickly grasp technical problems, classify them sensibly, and structure the next steps.
• You work digitally, quickly, and organized, and feel comfortable using email, software, and modern digital tools.
• You work independently, reliably, and consistently keep track of open topics until completion.
• You think economically and can assess technical solutions from cost, benefit, and sustainability perspectives.
• You communicate confidently and professionally with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and specialist partners.
• You enjoy being both in the office and directly on-site at our properties.
• You are interested in developing your professional skills and quickly mastering new technical topics.
• A technical apprenticeship, experience in real estate, construction, facility management, trades, or a corresponding degree is advantageous – what matters to us is technical understanding, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
• Driver's license class B is advantageous.
