We are a municipal energy supply company with around 130 employees, giving our best every day to improve the quality of life in the region. As a provider of various products and services, we offer a range of services including drinking water supply to the city of Oberursel (Taunus) and the city of Steinbach (Taunus), as well as energy, gas, and heat supply to the region. We also operate the TaunaBad Oberursel, the Oberurseler Stadtbus, parking garages, and above-ground parking spaces in Oberursel.

Aufgaben

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Technical and commercial management of all assets and properties of the Stadtwerke Oberursel-Konzern
• Development and implementation of maintenance and renovation strategies
• Planning, awarding, and monitoring of maintenance and construction projects
• Comprehensive management of urban infrastructure in the parking area
• Optimization of processes and reporting
• Development of new business fields in the real estate sector

Qualifikation

You bring:

• A successfully completed technical education and experience in the field of civil engineering, architecture, TGA, etc.
• You enjoy working with numbers and people and possess an analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with common MS Office programs
• You work goal-oriented, structured, and cooperatively as a team member and are conflict- and assertive.
• You bring a high level of cost awareness and negotiation skills.
• High reliability, flexibility, caution, and teamwork round out your profile.
