Technical/Materials Staff Member in AVOR Production Planning (Surface Finishing)

Das Team - As a technical/materials staff member in production planning (AVOR) you are responsible for creating the necessary production documents. - You check the mass accuracy and quality of the parts that are manufactured for our customer's products, and ensure that all specifications are met. - Furthermore, you provide specialized technical support and consulting to your customers to fulfill their specific requirements. - Your tasks include: • Developing and maintaining production plans and schedules • Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments • Conducting quality control checks on incoming materials • Identifying and resolving potential problems in the production process • Maintaining accurate records of production data and inventory levels • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize production processes • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives. - In addition, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Developing and implementing process improvements • Providing training and guidance to colleagues • Supporting the development of new products and services. - Your qualifications should include: • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, materials science) • Several years of experience in production planning or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with MS Office and other common software applications • Certification in a relevant area (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is an advantage.
