Your Role at FinLers

Are you a technician or master craftsman looking to develop further in the direction of occupational safety? With us, you will initially start in the back office and in supporting our safety specialists, and parallelly complete the further training to become a Safety Specialist. Afterwards, you will shape your role with us further, with a mix of back office and your own consulting for our clients. You can expect an extremely varied range of tasks, as our clients come from various industries and every company operates differently.

Tasks

• You will support our safety specialists in serving clients within the scope of DGUV Regulation 2 and independently take on tasks in the back office and on-site.
• You will prepare risk assessments and other technical documents.
• You will prepare and conduct accident analyses.
• You will advise clients on-site on various topics related to occupational safety.
• You will develop safety-oriented solutions for a wide variety of problems in our clients' companies and implement them together with them directly into the operational processes.
• You will prepare and follow up on training sessions and conduct them yourself.
• You will create and revise presentations, minutes, and other documents.
• You will research laws, regulations, and standards and evaluate them for practical application.
• You will work with Microsoft 365, other software solutions, and AI tools.
• After your further training, you will gradually take over the independent support of clients as a Safety Specialist.

Qualifications

• A degree as a state-certified technician, master craftsman, or Bachelor's degree
• Interest in further training to become a Safety Specialist.
• High digital competence and openness to AI, or the willingness to quickly learn about it.
• The ability to quickly learn new topics and the self-responsibility to tackle tasks independently.
• Good self-organization, even with multiple parallel tasks and appointments.
• An efficient working style and a broad perspective.
• Social competence and enjoyment of customer contact.
• A driver's license class B.
