• Learning and understanding our production processes through active participation in shift work
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern production facilities
• Analyzing processes and participating in the continuous improvement of workflows
• Quality controls and ensuring our high product standards
• Performing simple maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with production, technology, and maintenance
• Taking responsibility for technical topics and projects in the production environment

Your profile:

• Practical technical experience or technical education (HTL, Technical School) is an advantage
• Interest in production processes, machines, and technical connections
• High willingness to learn and the desire for professional and personal development
• Analytical mindset and independent working style
• Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
• Good IT skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
