Technical Employee in Customer Support/Returns Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

You will support our technical team in returns management and quality management, making you the first point of contact for customer returns and new goods deliveries. There, you will demonstrate your technical know-how in fault finding, repair, and quality inspection. You will independently identify, rectify, and prevent future errors. You will communicate with our customers via email and phone, always conveying your knowledge in a solution-oriented and friendly manner. You will participate in the assembly of large AV installations and support your colleagues in the development of new products. The assembly of sub-assemblies and the quality check of new products are also part of your responsibilities. You will often work with information in English. Your profound technical understanding and knowledge play a significant role here.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, e.g., Radio/Television Technician, IT/Communications Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
• You possess good technical understanding, high analytical skills, and ideally already have a connection to our product portfolio
• Experience in demanding technical customer support and complaints management would be desirable
• You have very good mathematical skills, German language skills, and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• You are proficient in using common Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
• You have a strong interest in new technologies and self-directed further training
• Knowledge in the area of 8D reports, AQL standards, and technical testing procedures is an advantage
• You are characterized by reliability, willingness to learn, diligence, initiative, and team spirit
• You possess good manners
