Technical Manager (m/f/d)

at our location in Eslohe (Sauerland) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all technical areas in our company
• Capacity and deadline planning as well as monitoring of production progress, including initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Competent sparring partner for commercial and sales management as well as customers
• Disciplinary and technical management of employees in the technical areas with a direct reporting line to management
• Active recruitment, leadership, support, and development of employees
• Responsibility for achieving the company goals relevant to your area (quality, deadlines, costs, productivity)
• Technological and organizational further development as well as expansion of production processes
• Regular determination, evaluation, and reporting of key figures for managing your area of responsibility

Qualifications

• High empathy for individual customer wishes and our products
• Clear, open, and audience-appropriate communication
• Enthusiasm for our company, our employees, and our products
• Ambitious leader with several years of experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the metal or wood processing industry
• Strong KVP (Continuous Improvement Process) mentality and enjoyment of continuously improving processes
• High assertiveness combined with tact in dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or similar) or a comparable technical apprenticeship with several years of professional experience as a Technical Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Ideally, additional commercial qualifications and good business management understanding (e.g., Industrial Engineering)
