Technical Leader (m/w/d)

The ASB Wohn- und Service gGmbH provides a wide range of services for the ASB Regionalverband Ostthüringen e. V.. In addition to household and social services, we are also responsible for technical maintenance, construction and renovation projects, IT interfaces, as well as the management of our own properties.

We are currently looking for a technically skilled leadership personality who will strategically develop and implement technical and building projects.

Tasks

Techncial Overall Responsibility

• Leadership and further development of the Technical Services department
• Responsibility for technical equipment, buildings, and infrastructure
• Ensuring operational safety, maintenance, and upkeep

Project & Construction Projects

• Planning, steering, and implementation of technical and building projects
• Budget planning, cost control, and deadline monitoring
• Collaboration with architects, planners, IT department, and external service providers

Leadership & Organization

• Leadership, coordination, and development of the Technical Services team
• Optimization of technical processes and workflows
• Reporting and professional consulting for management

Properties & Sustainability

• Technical management of rental properties and real estate portfolio
• Implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency and sustainability
• Compliance with legal requirements, norms, and safety standards

Qualification

• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Multiple years of experience in a technical leadership or management position
• Fundamental knowledge in:
• Technical maintenance and upkeep
• Bau- und Projektmanagement
• Budget planning and cost control
• Safe handling of technical norms, safety, and environmental regulations
• Good IT skills and understanding of digital interfaces
• Communication strength, decision-making ability, and team orientation
• Experience in staff leadership, personnel development, and coaching
• Strategic thinking and enthusiasm for sustainable technical solutions
