Technical Manager Hotel / Chief Engineer

Responsibility for Technical Infrastructure

As Technical Manager in the hotel in Ettlingen, you will manage the entire operation and maintenance of the building's technical systems. You will coordinate external service providers, monitor compliance with all safety and environmental standards, and be responsible for the technical budget and any repairs required in the building.

Your First Months at the Hotel

You will familiarize yourself with the existing technical systems, learn the processes of daily hotel operations, and independently manage initial maintenance projects. You will work closely with the on-site team and ensure that all technical facilities function smoothly.

What You Bring With You

• Apprenticeship in a technical field, ideally with a focus on building, utility, or security technology

• Professional experience in a comparable technical management position, preferably in the hotel industry or facility management

• Structured way of working, sense of responsibility, and hands-on mentality for troubleshooting

• Good German and English language skills for communication within the team and with service providers

Compensation
