Aufgaben

Your tasks in project management/project processing

• Total responsibility for building technology HSKL (heating, sanitation, climate control, ventilation) in daily operations for a trouble-free operation
• Organization and ensuring the maintenance of maintenance measures and scheduling of maintenance contracts incl. subcontractor management and quality assurance
• Energy management, consumption data collection, and consumption controlling -> electricity quantity (using software GridVis), gas consumption
• Monitoring, data analysis, and control of heat and cold consumption
• Carrying out maintenance and repairs on-site
• Processing and eliminating errors, faults, and alarm messages
• Creating and controlling projects, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for drinking water and energy management
• Specialized knowledge in block heat power plant, photovoltaics, geothermal energy, cold technology, electricity generation, and energy management, ventilation construction, and heating technology are advantageous
• Good IT skills (MS Office) documentation management
• Long-term professional experience in the field of plant engineering is advantageous, a completed further education as an electrician, master of energy- and building technology or master of electrical engineering or heating/sanitation/energy engineering or comparable qualification
