As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of our center and mixed-use site projects. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing technical concepts for center and mixed-use sites • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners • Managing project timelines and budgets • Identifying and mitigating risks • Collaborating with the site management team to achieve project goals • Providing technical support to other departments as needed.
