Tasks

• In this role, you will handle customer inquiries – including chatbot interactions – with a focus on written communication.
• You analyze technical problems based on logs and customer data, document recurring error patterns, and work closely with the internal development team.
• The working hours are aligned with German office hours, but the position is fully location-independent.

Qualification

• Technical affinity or experience in technical customer support
• A structured and analytical work approach, self-reliant and solution-oriented behavior
• Experience with KI tools is a clear plus
• German and English are the primary working languages. French, or Scandinavian languages are desired as an advantage
• We are looking for fast learners with a proactive and positive attitude
