Technical Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

At aurivus, we are revolutionizing planning and control in the dismantling of complex industrial plants and buildings using our AI platform. Our software automatically analyzes 3D laser scans and is used by enterprise customers in highly complex IT infrastructures (often as an on-premises solution).

To technically support our customers excellently from the first demo to successful rollout, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (m/f/d).

Your Mission:

You are the central technical link between our customers and our development team. You will holistically support our B2B customers – from the initial technical evaluation to the successful, long-term operation of the platform.

Tasks

• Pre-Sales & Technical Consulting: You support sales in customer acquisition. Through technical demos, feasibility studies, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with clearly defined success criteria, you make the added value of our software measurable. You also answer technical questions in tenders and security assessments.
• System Integration & Customer Success: You manage the technical onboarding and rollout with our customers. You ensure that our on-premises solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing customer infrastructures and run smoothly.
• Technical Support & IT Operations: You are the first point of contact for technical questions (1st level support). You also accompany release cycles and software updates and keep an eye on our customers' IT compliance and security requirements.
• Training & Workshops: You empower our customers to utilize the full potential of our platform in their daily work through technical workshops and training sessions.
• Product Development & Knowledge Management: As the customer's voice, you translate feedback and workflow requirements into concrete tickets for our development team. In parallel, you build up our internal and external technical documentation (Runbooks, FAQs).

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Computer Science) or a comparable IT qualification.
• Sound technical understanding of software architectures, networks, and ideally on-premises deployments.
• Professional experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Management, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, IT Consulting).
• A plus: Linux knowledge, initial experience with Python or scripting, and a basic understanding of how AI models are operated in practice.
• The ability to communicate complex technical issues in a target-group-oriented manner (from IT admin to project manager) in German and English.
