Technical Customer Service Representative Pharma & Biotech 100% (all)

Your tasks

• Within our technical customer service team, you ensure that offers and inquiries for our Swiss customers are prepared individually and reliably
• You advise our customers by phone on questions regarding services, spare parts, or service assignments
• In our ERP system, you keep the data up-to-date within the scope of daily business and create orders
• You independently invoice completed assignments and deliveries

Your place of work is at BWT AQUA Pharma & Biotech at our location in Aesch / BL.

Your profile

• As a foundation, you have completed training as a technical commercial employee or comparable training
• Ideally, you already have experience in a commercial area of an industrial company or in customer service
• You can understand complex technical contexts
• Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems are nothing new to you
• You have fluent German skills in both written and spoken language and are proficient in negotiation, as well as good French skills
• You are communicative, a team player, helpful, and appreciate customer contact
