Technical Purchasing Agent 100% (m/w/d)

Adecco is looking for a technically skilled person who coordinates the entire procurement process and acts as an interface between technology and administration. With training as an automation technician or polymechanic and ideally further education in technical purchasing, this offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise and business understanding. In a versatile and responsible environment with a focus on measurement technology, you will take on a central role in procurement management. Tasks - Procurement Management: Analysis of customer requirements, compilation of technical documents, and timely submission of bids. - Technical Documentation: Creation and maintenance of templates as well as coordination with departmental teams. - Coordination & Communication: Collaboration with internal and external partners to discuss technical and commercial topics. - Support in operational daily business: Taking over organizational tasks to support the team. Profile - Completed technical training, ideally as an automation technician or polymechanic, with further education in the purchasing area (e.g. Technical Purchasing Agent). - Technical understanding and the ability to structure complex content. - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; knowledge of French or Italian is advantageous. - Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus. - Structured, precise working method and professional and communicative appearance.
