Tasks

• Counseling, support, and guidance of our customers regarding technical questions
• Support of our Oracle Primavera SaaS solutions
• Accompaniment and support of customer projects in the evaluation, scaling, implementation, and operation of IT solutions
• Installation and configuration of VMware ESXi, Windows, and Linux system environments
• Installation and configuration of Oracle Primavera applications and databases

Qualification

• Vocational training or completed degree in computer science or comparable technical field
• IT system knowledge (network, server/client, databases)
• Experience with web and application servers (e.g. Weblogic, Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat) desirable
• Pasión for project management, high-quality portfolio, and customer-oriented solutions
• Good MS-Office skills
• Good German and English language skills
• Precise analytical and conceptual thinking, quick understanding
• Teamwork ability and a high level of service-oriented and customer-oriented approach
• Self-reliant work style with process-oriented and implementation-oriented action
