TECHNICAL INTERNAL SERVICE TICINO AND CENTRAL SWITZERLAND 80-100% (M/F/D)
THIS WOULD BE YOUR JOB
Planning & design of photovoltaic systems with technical know-how
Creation and coordination of offers and order confirmations
Active customer advice with a focus on optimal, economical solutions
Follow-up of offers and ensuring a high closing rate
Support for field sales in technical and commercial customer concerns
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Continuous development of your expertise in the dynamic PV industry
Representing the company at training courses and internal/external events
Involvement in exciting projects that drive the company forward sustainably
THESE ARE YOUR STRENGTHS
You enjoy working closely with customers, interacting with people, and are service- and sales-oriented thanks to your communication skills. In addition to an independent and structured way of working, you have good language skills in German and Italian (minimum level B2). You act in a solution-oriented manner, are reliable, and also impress with your organizational talent and your enjoyment of teamwork.
THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
Completed technical training or technical apprenticeship; alternatively, commercial training with a technical background
Solution-oriented and independent way of working
Strong sales and closing-oriented mindset
Good language skills in German and Italian (minimum level B2)
Experience with planning systems for PV systems (advantageous)
