Our client is an established, nationwide active medium-sized real estate company with its own residential portfolio and a clear focus on sustainable development and preservation. The structures are professional, yet slim and decision-making – with plenty of room for independent work.

In this role, you will take over the technical responsibility for a residential property portfolio in Hamburg and accompany measures from analysis to planning to implementation – with close ties to the object.

Aufgaben

• Technical care of a residential property portfolio with regular object-related contact in Hamburg
• Conducting technical inventory surveys and deriving concrete maintenance measures
• Planning and prioritizing maintenance and Capex measures, including budget reference
• Independent steering and partial operational accompaniment of renovation and modernization measures
• Steering the entire procurement process from request for proposal to settlement
• Tight coordination and control of external service providers on-site
• Active defect and warranty management, including on-site follow-up

Qualifikation

• Technical education or study in the field of building construction or equivalent qualification (e.g. technician/master)
• Multiple years of experience in technical object care or building/project management in the portfolio
• Important are relevant experiences in the technical administration of residential properties
• Good understanding of maintenance, renovation, and economic steering of measures
• Structured, independent, and practice-oriented working style
• Safe handling of MS Office
