Technical Building Manager (100%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent performance of maintenance and repair work on production machines, technical systems and installations in the building according to specifications and schedule
• Monitoring and ensuring the perfect operation of building services, including climate, alarm, and fire protection systems
• Management and care of indoor and outdoor facilities as well as minor work in the area of grounds maintenance
• Ensuring order and cleanliness
• Contact person for external craftsmen, service technicians, and gardeners

Our requirements:

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, building manager, or a comparable technical training is an advantage
• Experience in operational maintenance as well as interest and understanding of technology and building technology
• Independent, reliable, and clean working method
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of varied practical activities
• Willingness to work outside of operating hours for technical alarms and fire alarms, as well as for special operations as needed (lunch, evening, Saturday)
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and commitment
