We are looking for a Technical Building Caretaker (m/w/d) ​ Your Tasks - You oversee and control technical facilities to ensure smooth operation. - Regular inspection rounds in the objects and at the facilities are part of your daily routine. - You document any defects found and independently initiate the necessary measures to rectify them. - Planning and conducting inspections on technical systems is also part of your responsibility. - You maintain and update object and facility documentation continuously. - Additionally, you obtain quotes from external service providers and accompany their on-site services.
