Technical Housekeeper (m/w/d) 80-100% in Stein am Rhein

We are looking for a Technical Housekeeper 80-100% (m/w/d) for our client in Stein am Rhein. Your tasks will include: conducting inspections, maintenance and minor repairs; commissioning external specialized companies for repair work and monitoring their execution; performing regular control rounds to monitor the condition of the premises; contributing to the care and maintenance of outdoor and indoor facilities. Requirements: vocational training in a trade, ideally with a federal certificate as a housekeeper; flexibility and solution-oriented working style; team player who actively contributes to achieving common goals; good written and spoken German skills; driving license category B and basic computer knowledge.
