Tasks

• You will take on technical preparation tasks with a focus on industrial applications and large parts, and check contracts and customer specifications for feasibility.
• You will independently conduct feasibility studies, request necessary customer documents, and create orders in the Oracle system.
• The development, design, and detailed drawing of fixture concepts as well as the creation of test plans and test instructions are part of your task area.
• In direct exchange with customers – by phone or on site – you will manage projects comprehensively and accompany them from planning to successful implementation.
• As a central interface, you will clarify technical questions internally, support production, and actively drive the optimization of manufacturing processes forward.
• In addition, you will review offers, manage suppliers, handle complaints in cooperation with internal interfaces, and take on representative tasks as needed.

Qualification

• You hold a completed training as a state-approved technician in the field of manufacturing-, process- or construction technology.
• Your several years of experience in technical order processing enable you to handle complex projects structured and reliably.
• You possess fluent German language skills and good English language skills, which you use confidently and situationally in your professional life.
• Ideal would be if you bring knowledge of thermal coating and handling MS Office and Oracle with it.
• Your familiarity with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks, complements your technical profile.
• You have an independent, responsible working style and the ability to think process-oriented, rounding off your profile.
