To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Technical Purchaser with Team Lead Function (m/f/d) as soon as possible!

Your Tasks

• You will take over the leadership of a three-person team.

• You will prepare and send out inquiries based on requirements from sales and technical departments, prepare procurement documents, and work closely with the involved specialist departments.

• You will maintain and strategically develop existing supplier relationships.

• In addition, you will monitor the procurement market, identify optimization potentials, and support the consolidation of needs.

• You will evaluate offers, negotiate conditions, and conduct annual price negotiations with suppliers.

• In addition to operative purchasing, you will actively shape processes and structures and contribute your ideas to the continuous further development of procurement.

• You will also actively support the ongoing ERP transition and the optimization of purchasing processes.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree or have commercial or technical training – ideally with a focus on purchasing.

• You have at least 6 years of professional experience and expertise in plant construction.

• You possess strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and always present yourself confidently.

• Good technical understanding is also a matter of course for you.

• Your English language skills are proficient for negotiation.

• A structured, analytical, and independent way of working rounds off your profile.
