To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Technical Purchaser with Team Leader Function (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time!

Your Tasks

• You will lead a three-person team.

• You will create and send requests based on requirements from e.g. sales and technology, prepare procurement documents, and work closely with the involved departments together.

• Existing supplier relationships will be maintained and strategically developed by you.

• You will monitor the procurement market, identify optimization potential, and support in bundling needs.

• You will evaluate offers, negotiate conditions, and conduct annual price negotiations with suppliers through.

• In addition to operational purchasing, you will design processes and structures actively and bring your ideas into the continuous development of procurement.

• You will also accompany the ongoing ERP upgrade as well as the optimization of procurement workflows.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree or vocational training – ideally with a focus on purchasing.

• At least 6 years of professional experience and specialized knowledge in the field of process engineering distinguish you.

• You possess excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and always act confidently.

• A good technical understanding is also self-evident for you.

• Your English language skills are secure.

• Your structured, analytical, and independent working style rounds out your profile.
