Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

At ten locations, we support companies in construction, industry, and infrastructure with digital solutions around CAD, CAM, BIM, GIS, as well as PDM/PLM. Our focus lies on individual consulting, practical training, and sustainable, partnership-based customer service.

As a Technical Consultant / CAD-PDM Specialist (m/w/d), you will accompany our customers in optimizing their construction and data management processes. With your comprehensive technical knowledge, IT affinity, and understanding of continuous process landscapes, you will develop future-proof solutions – from analysis to implementation to training the users.

Tasks

• Counseling and support for our customers in the area of CAD-, PDM- and construction processes
• Analysis, optimization, and implementation of construction and data management processes
• Maintenance of product life cycles (PLM) as well as linking to ERP systems
• Introduction, configuration, and maintenance of Autodesk solutions
• Support for automation and integration projects in the IT-related environment
• Conducting training sessions and user support
• Closely working with sales, consulting, and project teams to successfully implement customer projects

Qualification

Completed vocational training in a technical profession or equivalent qualification

Multiple years of experience in the area of construction and construction processes

Very good knowledge in:

• Autodesk Inventor
• AutoCAD / AutoCAD Mechanical
• Autodesk Vault Professional

Experience with:

• Product life cycles (PLM)
• ERP connections
• High affinity to IT topics, e.g. PowerShell, databases or Windows operating systems
• Communication skills in German and English in word and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as joy in collaboration with customers and the team
