From Wärme-mit-Konzept GmbH, we are a strong-growing master craftsman company for heat pumps and photovoltaics based in Essen.

To further build on our growth, we are looking for an engaged and technically skilled leadership figure who will lead our craftsmanship team and shape our projects.

Your Task

• Leadership and coordination of the craftsmen teams in the heat pump area

• Planning and organization of employee assignments

• Technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of heat pump systems

• Independent processing and solution of complaints

• Training and induction of new and existing employees

• Review of customer projects and technical preparation on site

• Baustellenorganisation

• Preparation and provision of technical documentation

• Collaboration with project managers for complex schema or special solutions

Your Profile

1. Completed training in the field of SHK, Heating, Sanitation, or Electrical Engineering

2. Multiple years of professional experience, ideally with leadership responsibility

3. In-depth knowledge in the area of Heat Pump Technology

4. Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility

5. Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style

6. Safe demeanor when dealing with customers and employees

7. Driver's license class B
