Our client is an established, nationwide operating mid-sized real estate company with its own residential property portfolio and clear focus on sustainable development and preservation. The structures are professional, yet slim and decision-making – with plenty of room for independent work.

In this role, you will take technical responsibility for a residential property portfolio in Hamburg and accompany measures from analysis to planning to implementation – with close ties to the object.

Tasks

• Technical care of a residential property portfolio located in Hamburg, with regular on-site presence
• Conducting technical inventory surveys and deriving concrete construction and maintenance measures
• Planning and prioritizing maintenance and Capex measures, including budget reference
• Independent control and partial operational accompaniment of renovation and modernization measures
• Control of the entire procurement process from request for proposal to settlement
• Tight coordination and control of external service providers on-site
• Active defect and warranty management, including on-site follow-up

Qualification

• Technical education or degree in building engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g. technician/master)
• Multiple years of experience in technical object care or construction/project management/building management, etc.
• Important are experiences in the technical administration of residential properties
• Knowledge of VOB, etc.
• Good understanding of maintenance, renovation, and economic control of measures
• Structured, self-responsible, and practice-oriented working style
• Safe handling of MS Office
