Our client is an established, nationwide operating mid-sized real estate company with its own residential property portfolio and a clear focus on sustainable development and preservation. The structures are professional, yet lean and decision-making-oriented – with plenty of room for autonomous work.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management of a residential property portfolio in Berlin and accompany measures from analysis to planning to implementation – with close ties to the object.

Tasks

• Technical supervision of a residential property portfolio owned by the company with regular on-site visits in Berlin
• Conducting technical inventory surveys and deriving concrete construction or maintenance measures
• Planning and prioritizing maintenance and Capex measures, including budget considerations
• Independent steering and partial operational accompaniment of renovation and modernization measures
• Steering the entire procurement process from request for proposal to settlement
• Closely coordinating and controlling external service providers at the object level
• Active defect and warranty management, including on-site follow-up

Qualification

• Techncial education or degree in building construction or equivalent qualification (e.g. technician/master)
• Experience in technical object supervision or building/project management/building leadership/etc.
• Important are relevant experiences in the technical administration of residential properties
• Knowledge of VOB, etc.
• Good understanding of maintenance, renovation, and economic steering of measures
• Structured, autonomous, and practice-oriented working style
• Safe handling of MS Office
