Aufgaben

• Classical Preparations: Professional preparation and planning of production orders for our special screw production.
• Process Evaluation: Selection and economic evaluation of suitable manufacturing variants to ensure optimal production workflows.
• Make-or-Buy Strategy: Conducting analyses to decide between in-house production and procurement.
• Work Planning: Creation, maintenance, and optimization of detailed work plans in our ERP system.
• Project-Specific Procurement: Operational processing of order-specific procurement (e.g., raw materials or external services such as surface coatings).
• Bid Calculation: Independent calculation of customer inquiries as a solid decision-making basis for sales

Qualification

• Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in business or technology – further training to become a technician or master is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Expertise: Ideally first experience in calculation or preparation, supplemented by helpful knowledge of metalworking.
• Purchasing Skills: First contacts with procurement and a good understanding of costs and economic relationships are desirable.
• Work Style: Numerical affinity and a structured, independent work style – technical drawing skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• IT Knowledge: Secure handling of ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel)
