Technical Plant Supervisor Building Services (m/f/d) – Münster | Full-time | Public Service

On behalf of our partner company in Münster, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a "Technical Plant Supervisor Building Services (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As a Technical Plant Supervisor Building Services (m/f/d), you will supervise and monitor technical plants and building services systems and ensure their reliable operation.
• You will also coordinate and document maintenance, inspections, and tests, and support external service operations.
• Furthermore, you will monitor technical operational and safety parameters, analyze malfunctions, and assist in rapid and sustainable troubleshooting.
• Additionally, you will test emergency, monitoring, and building services systems and ensure that they are ready for use at all times.
• You will maintain technical documentation and support with technical malfunctions and urgent operations also outside of regular working hours.

Qualifications

• The basis is a training as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering (m/f/d), or Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification.
• You bring several years of experience as a Plant Technician (m/f/d), Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), or Service Technician (m/f/d) in the supervision of large technical plants or building services systems.
• Knowledge in plant and building services technology, measurement, control, and regulation technology, or in handling technical gases and cryogenic plants is advantageous.
• Additionally, you possess a driver's license class B.
• Technical understanding, a strong sense of safety and responsibility, as well as a structured, reliable, and independent way of working are important.
