Job description
Are you ready for a challenging role as a Technical Service Coordinator in Amsterdam? At a growing technical company, you will work on unique projects, such as De Zalmhaventoren in Rotterdam. As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of WKO (Geothermal Energy Storage) installations and work with a dedicated team on sustainable solutions.
- Managing mechanics and subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Creating and optimizing daily and weekly schedules in accordance with SLAs and the Heat Act;
- Being the point of contact for WKO Mechanics, including technical support;
- Preparing reports according to BRL standards and management plans;
- Remotely reading installations via GBS and following up on faults;
- Proactively advising clients for optimal functioning of the WKO;
- Preparing quotations for replacement work and service contracts;
- Monitoring costs and service quality;
For the role of Technical Service Coordinator, you can expect the following secondary employment conditions:
- A salary between €3,830 and €5,475 gross per month;
- 38 days off (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days);

For the role of Technical Service Coordinator, you are driven, know how to quickly switch priorities, and get energy from planning and organizing. In addition, you possess:
- An MBO 4 (vocational secondary education) qualification in mechanical engineering installations or HBO (higher professional education) in Mechanical Engineering;
- Demonstrable work experience with WKO Installations in the role of work planner, service coordinator, or technical administrator;
- You are proactive and actively share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders;
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and experience with WKO installations;
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Navision;
- Driver's license B;
- Communication training and reporting skills.
