To strengthen our Operations team, we are looking for a Project Manager Energy Systems who will be responsible for technology-spanning energy projects and ensure smooth and high-quality implementation together with our installation partners. You are the driving force behind your projects: You define the central technical parameters at an early stage – from the location to the connection point to the component selection – and manage your projects from the feasibility study through approval and planning to commissioning.

Tasks

• Independent management of projects in the Energy Systems sector, depending on the project in the areas of heat, solar, and battery
• Creation of feasibility studies and technical concepts as well as evaluation of variants in technical and economic terms
• Obtaining, critically reviewing, and awarding offers from installation partners
• Management of building permits, technical connection requests, and execution planning
• Coordination of on-site implementation, quality and deadline control, and confident handling of unforeseen situations
• Support of involved stakeholders, from property management to residents to the client, with clear and proactive communication
• Ensuring clean data in our systems, complete documentation, and smooth handover

Requirements

• Technical education or degree in the field of energy, building services, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in technical project management, ideally in the field of renewable energies or building services
• Technical understanding combined with commercial thinking in terms of budget, costs, and deadlines
• Confidence in coordinating partners and stakeholders, as well as in the reliable execution of projects
• Knowledge in the field of heat pumps and heating systems is an advantage, but a genuine interest in delving into this field is crucial
• Fluent German, French or Italian language skills are an advantage
• Structured and proactive working style with a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
