Technical Quality Control (m/w/d)
Job description
As a member of staff (m/w/d) for technical quality control and computer technology, you are responsible for technical inspection, quality control, and the professional preparation of computers and laptops. You ensure that our devices meet the established quality standards and function flawlessly. With your technical understanding and meticulous work approach, you contribute to providing reliable and high-quality IT products to our customers.
Tasks
- Technical inspection and functional control of PCs and laptops
- Conducting quality control before delivery
- Diagnostics and repair of simple hardware faults
- Fachgerechtes disassembly and reassembly of computers and laptops
- Exchange and installation of hardware components (e.g. SSD, RAM, power supply, fan)
- Conducting functional tests and documenting the test results
- Cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of IT devices
- Ensuring compliance with our quality standards
Qualifications
- Technical understanding and interest in computer hardware
- Experience handling PCs and laptops as well as their components
- Able to disassemble and reassemble computers and laptops professionally
- Meticulous and structured work approach
- Quality awareness and reliability
- Teamwork ability, including independent working
- First professional experience in the field of IT hardware or a comparable qualification are advantageous
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
