Tasks

• Self-responsible management of complex construction projects for companies, energy suppliers, banks, and public authorities
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and moderating meetings
• Direct cooperation with management and short decision-making paths
• Coordination between office work and customer appointments on site (mainly in Munich and surrounding areas)
• Budget, deadline, and quality control in close coordination with the controlling department
• Communication with stakeholders at eye level – from technology to corporate management
• Co-designing team days and active contribution to company development

Qualification

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management of complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, leadership, and control
• Natural authority in team leadership and sovereign moderation
• Communication strength with different stakeholders
• Self-organized work style and prioritization ability for parallel projects
• Travel readiness and confident appearance at customer meetings
• Discretion in handling confidential project information
• Ideal experience in certified (e.g. ISO-) project environments
• Fluent German skills and Class B driver's license
