The Infrastructure department of the University Hospital Ulm is looking for a

Technical Project Manager HLSK (m/f/d) with experience in hospital / laboratory planning

for a large-scale hospital construction project in the state of Baden-Württemberg (total duration approx. 10 - 12 years) as soon as possible.

The Infrastructure department is responsible for the structural, technical, and medical technology maintenance, conversions, and new construction within the entire properties of the University Hospital Ulm.

• Project management tasks and performing the client function within the interdisciplinary project team "New Hospital Building Module 1" for the building services area in HLSK.
• The commissioning and management of external engineers.
• The coordination and supervision of executing companies.

• Successfully completed studies in hospital facility management, technical building equipment HLSK, building services engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the planning and construction management of hospital projects.
• Several years of practical professional experience in the technical planning and execution of medium and large construction projects in the field of medical construction.
• Knowledge and experience in construction project management, and ideally experience in client representation.
• Very good knowledge in the application of relevant technical standards, regulations, and directives of current standards in hospital technology as well as the award regulations (HOAI, VOB, and VgV).
• Comprehensive specialist knowledge, independence, economic thinking, and a sense of responsibility.
• Goal-oriented and dedicated way of working, as well as a high degree of interdisciplinary communication and teamwork skills.

• Participation in a politically significant large-scale hospital construction project of the state of BW.
