Job description

Do you maintain an overview even with many parallel topics, think along instead of just executing, and ask the right questions before gaps become problems? Do you want to take on practical responsibility in project organization and actively help make a growing software and consulting team reliable and scalable? Then support us as a Technical Project Assistant at levelbuild and help bring the digitalization of the construction industry to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • You translate the operational needs of our project management into clear structures: status cockpits, action items, and reports that are prepared so that the team remains immediately capable of action.
  • You ensure that agreements are not lost: internally as well as with the client, you follow up bindingly, keep open points visible, and recognize when something needs to be escalated.
  • You plan and accompany test runs, set up roles and access, and ensure that new functions not only work technically but also contribute to the real customer process.
  • You prepare customer appointments, reviews, and internal rituals, take minutes, and afterward ensure that every agreement becomes a traceable action item.
  • You keep quality and reporting key figures per customer and module up to date and have the figures ready for the monthly meeting before anyone asks for them.
  • You keep an eye on team utilization and customer bases, recognize bottlenecks early, and help make planning shifts visible in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • You work very structurally and maintain an overview even with many parallel topics. Binding, friendly-consistent follow-up suits you.
  • You quickly grasp contexts, act proactively, and move flexibly between topics and contact persons. Thinking along instead of just executing is your basic attitude.
  • You listen well and recognize what is meant, even if it is not yet perfectly formulated. You ask the questions that make gaps visible early on.
  • You are interested in technical topics and have a basic understanding of IT structures such as databases, interfaces, or networks. You don't have to develop yourself.
  • You already have initial professional experience in project coordination, ideally in consulting, agency, or software environments.
  • You have experience with agile working methods, ticket systems, and spreadsheets. Experience with no-code platforms is a plus, but not a must.
  • Your path to us is not as important as your skills. Whether with a degree, vocational training, or as a career changer with relevant experience: you are welcome with us.

Benefits

  • Start-up mentality in an established company: short decision-making paths, real co-design, a team that stands up for each other.
  • A role that grows: You start with an overview of our three specialist teams and develop towards dedicated team responsibility. Not just executing, but co-designing.
  • Central location in Leipzig with a nice office.
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home one day a week.
  • Your health is important to us: therefore, we subsidize your Wellpass and support you in staying active.
  • Deutschlandticket, subsidy for lunch and benefit card, as well as regular joint activities such as after-work events, sports, and game nights are also part of the overall package.

If you are eager to take on real responsibility in project organization in a growing team and want to handle both people and systems cleanly, then get in touch.
